The New York State Report Cards are available at https://data.nysed.gov/. To view the report cards, scroll down to “School Data” and select “School Report Card.” Comparisons of data across years and between districts and schools can be generated using the “My Comparisons” tool that can be found by clicking on the menu icon with the three horizontal lines shown in this image 
in the upper left hand corner. PDF versions of the report cards can also be generated by selecting “Save as a PDF” from the same icon. A database containing multiple years of data in the report cards is available for research and comparison purposes by clicking “DOWNLOADS” in the upper right-hand corner and selecting “Report Card Database” for the year in which you are interested.
