NYSSIS View Only role for P12 enrollment

This role can be given to any account from a LEA BEDS code location that submits P12 data for SIRS reporting or a Level 1 data center by entitling user access to the NYSSIS application through the SEDDAS application that needs to query NYSSIS ID enrollment records.

This role CANNOT make any changes to data in the NYSSIS application.
