The Datasupport help desk system can address only the SFTP access issues for SFTP folders under the purview of the NYSED Office of Information and Reporting Services. All other SFTP folder access issues will need to be forwarded to the owning NYSED program office.
Access is controlled by the NYSED contact person or the NYSED program office that sent the invite through email@example.com to access the specific SFTP folder that you are having an issue with.
If you need to contact us about a SFTP issue through the blue help button in the bottom right of your screen, please include:
- The acronym "SFTP" in your message (for auto assignment to the SFTP group).
- The name of the SFTP folder that you are having an issue with in your message.
- The name of the NYSED contact person or the NYSED program office that you need share files with or retrieve files from in your message.
