Higher Education access to IDEx forms

To access higher education data collection forms, staff at a higher education location (colleges and universities) can be given direct access to the IDEx by their CEO. The Institution ID location CEO should log in at https://portal.nysed.gov/ and use the SED Delegated Account System (SEDDAS) to create and/or entitle staff accounts.
